-left hand over belly
-right hand over chest
-belly rises with inhale
-bell falls with exhale
-right hand over chest stays steady

COFFEE BREATHING
20 breaths x 5 rounds
-only through nose
-focus on exhale
-looks and feels like a sneeze
-relax face
-all belly
-stimulates sympathetic nervous system

ALTERNATE NOSTRIL BREATHING x 5 rounds
-inhale 4
-seal and hold for 4
-switch
-exhale for 8
-do both sides for one round
