Instructions

  1. Place the coconut cream in the refrigerator the day before.
  2. Add chocolate to a double-boiler and melt chocolate until smooth, stirring regularly. This can also be done in a microwave-safe bowl by microwaving the chocolate at 15-second intervals and stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Let the chocolate cool slightly.
  4. Once the coconut cream has been chilled, separate the thick cream from the liquid. Scoop out only the solid white coconut cream and save the liquid for another use.
  5. Add all your ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Divide the mixture into three small bowls. Cover the bowls with lids and place back into the refrigerator for 3 hours or until set.
  7. Be sure to serve them chilled.
