Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cucumber slices
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1/2 avocado
  • A few sprigs of fresh basil
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1 cup of ice cubes

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • Place all ingredients in your high-speed blender.
  • Blend on full speed until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
