- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons prepared organic coffee, cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups Hu Dark Chocolate Gems
- 10 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, add eggs and coconut sugar.
- Using a stand or hand mixer, beat the eggs and sugar on high until light a fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in almond flour, coconut flour, NativePath Chocolate Collagen, cocoa powder, coffee, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until combined.
