
Lauren Manaker is an award-winning registered dietitian (RDN), certified lactation educator (CLE), author, and speaker with over 20 years of experience. She earned her BS in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida (go Gators!) and an MS in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University in Chicago. She later became a certified lactation educator (CLE) through the University of California, San Diego. Over the past two decades, her passion for nutrition—particularly nutrition throughout a woman’s lifecycle—has led her to author three books about the topic. She continues to provide evidence-based nutrition tips on her Instagram page, through her private practice, and through publications like Verywell Health, EatingWell, and Eat This, Not That!
