Mocha MCT Latte

March 15, 2024

Want a rich mocha latte without all the added sugar and dairy? Well, this recipe has you covered, plus added collagen protein and MCT powder.

Why You'll Love this Recipe

  • No Added Sugar: A medium mocha latte from a coffee shop can contain upwards of 35 grams of sugar (1). That’s your entire daily recommended amount of 25-36 grams of sugar in one drink (2)! This recipe still gives your favorite coffee shop sweet treat with no added sugar.
  • Dairy-Free: Did you know that about 68% of the world's population has some sort of lactose intolerance (3)? This can cause issues like gas, bloating, cramps, and diarrhea (4). This latte uses almond milk instead.
  • 5 Grams of MCTs: Each cup contains 5 grams of MCTs to increase energy, curb your appetite, clear brain fog, maintain blood sugar levels, support your metabolism, and more (5, 6, 7).

Here's What You Need

  • Frother: To quickly and easily mix together your latte without any clumps.
  • Organic Coffee: To serve as the base of the recipe and give you a boost of energy and antioxidants without harmful pesticides.
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk: To help make the latte super rich and creamy without any gut-irritating dairy.
  • NativePath Mocha Collagen Creamer: To provide creamy chocolate flavor with the added bonus of collagen and MCT.
  • Cocoa Powder: To give the latte an extra burst of decadent chocolate flavor.
